Inside Sales Representative
The inside sales representative will be working closely with the direct Sales and Marketing teams focusing primarily on the Americas with some activity world-wide when necessary. The inside seller ensures all leads are nurtured and qualified for both Schooner Appliances enabling the field sales organization to fill their sales opportunity pipelines and meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a measurable and repeatable process for lead identification, nurturing and qualification
- Accountable for qualified lead quantity and quality resulting in company revenue opportunities
- Monitor and track lead generation and qualification metrics and report results to the sales management team on a weekly basis
- Ensure proper lead identification, tracking and qualification within Salesforce.com
Skills necessary:
- Proven ability to use creative methods to identify names to be placed on calling lists which will eventually turn into leads
- Extensive experience filling and managing a large volume of leads in a end-to-end lead generation funnel
- Expert in using lead identification and nurturing software for lead tracking and conversion (i.e. Leadlander, Marketo)
- Proven track record working closely with direct sales representatives regarding timely qualified lead turnover
- Must have extensive, able to demonstrate experience using Salesforce.com
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- 6-8 years experience in marketing minimum
- Knowledgeable of memcached and MySQL an advantage
